Assessment of Anesthetic and Resuscitative Care in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome at Aortocoronary Bypass Surgery

Цель исследования: на основании имеющихся литературных данных и клинического опыта разработать систему криQ териев по оценке качества анестезиологической и реаниматологической помощи при выполнении аортокоронарного шунтирования (АКШ) у больных с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС). Материалы и методы: анализ медицинQ ских карт пациентов с различными формами ОКС, подвергнутых хирургической реваскуляризации миокарда. ИзучеQ ние и анализ современных литературных источников по интенсивной терапии и хирургическому лечению ОКС. Ре зультаты: приведена и обоснована балльная система критериев оценки качества анестезиологической и реаниматологической помощи у больных с ОКС. Система включает в себя характеристику качества предоперационQ ной подготовки, анестезии, интенсивной помощи, послеоперационного пребывания в хирургическом отделении, и исQ ход лечения. Указаны возможные области применения данной системы. Заключение: выработанная система критериQ ев может быть использована при оценке эффективности новых методик, техник лечения, оперативных вмешательств, медицинского оборудования, для сравнения групп больных, отобранных по определенному признаку.
